Congratulations Heather & Ian ~ Victoria Hall, Dunblane (& Mount Everest! )

Goodness gracious me, it was so much fun being a part of Heather & Ian’s wedding celebrations. Theirs is a wonderful tale, with their wedding ceremony actually happening the year before, and a trek up Mount Everest t0 Kalapatha .. a mere 5545 meters high!

On the morning of their celebrations, Heather and Ian met by the beautiful old Cathedral in Dunblane, and we went for a walk along the side of the river. And then it was onto the Victoria Hall in town, to join family and friends. It was really quite an emotional start, watching the video that had been made from their ceremony. It looked like a really incredible experience.

Heather’s bridesmaids all rocked their inducible looks, one of them being  Jenny  who is  the wonderful owner of  Flowermug (and tremendously talented florist, based in Ayrshire). She made all the beautiful flower crowns that you can see later on in the blog post.

CONGRATULATIONS HEATHER & IAN!! Thank you so much for choosing me as your wedding photographer, it was truly great being a part of such a wonderful day xx

Here’s what Heather & Ian had to say:
“We love Zoe! We would strongly recommend her as a wedding photographer. She is super laid-back, fun and so easy to get along with, but also completely on top of all the really crucial stuff like timing. She worked tirelessly for a mammoth shift and was a real asset to the day.

My husband and I are not natural “models”, to put it mildly, and were a bit nervous about doing couple shots but Zoe put us so at ease from the word go. She managed to capture all those momentary glances and giggles, which occurred naturally in between our awkwardness! Something of a miracle!

We’re so pleased to have had her on our team! Thanks so much Zoe! Xxx”

These four images below where shot on film with my (now broken booooo) polaroid 680 camera…
