Eleanor & Dave’s gorgeous wedding was featured on Love My Dress (It really was!! – eeep!)
Gosh – where do I start???!?! Naked Wedding cake, GORGEOUS flowers, HUGE balloons, taxidermy, MASSIVE bonfires, a really really massive clock tower (THAT I CLIMBED TO GET A PICTURE! – yes I will be mentioning that again!) , hog roast, walled gardens, gorgeous blue suede shoes, silk wedding dress …. and a couple who were so much in love, with their family and friends there to celebrate = epic wedding day!!
What an AMAZING day from start to finish – which began with me nearly driving my car into the wee lake at the side of the road at Fingask Castle – its GORGEOUS!!! (see below for the pic with the swan!) – I’d totally LOVE to shoot a whole wedding there too!! AMAZING place!
Eleanor & Dave’s wedding was jam packed with fun and laughter, smiles, loads of personalised touches – Eleanor has a background in design, and I think you can tell that from all those gorgeous details that can been seen on their wedding day <as I pass out in excitement!> And well, if you aren’t familiar with the Pyrus girls – shame on you!! GO GO GO GO like their page and check em out – cos, they are BLOOMIN BRILLIANT – deeply in love with their gorgeous floral arrangements on the day (well not just on this wedding day I mean ALL of their work ouses creativity with their commitment to sourcing seasonal, locally grown flowers where they can).
I’d never been to Errol Park before, and I have to say that its one of my new fav wedding venues (of I am allowed to say that!) – Eleanor & Dave where married within gorgeous Errol Park House itself, on the staircase, surrounded by their family and friends…. oh I could go on and on – instead I’ll leave these pictures below for you to see for yourself.
OOOhhhh … but, (I’ll stop after this!) I climbed the clock tower ….. (pauses for dramatic effect) ……
I CLIMBED THE CLOCK TOWER!!!!! Anyone who knows me personally, knows how much of a big deal this is – not being one for great heights, dark staircases in really confined spaces … it was certainly a challenge – but I did it!! (queue round of applause please – check out how big it is when you scroll down below and see the pics I took from the top looking down at the wedding party!) Thank you Jamie and Ally too – it was lovely meeting you on the day.
The day being finished off with so much laughter when little baby Andrew stole the show, getting fully kitted up with the props from the photo booth that Eleanor had organised… see if you can spot his wee staring moment below!
Congratulations Eleanor and Dave, wishing you much love and happiness for the future xxxx
