I’ve spent this past year, pushing myself to be creative .. and get to grips with shooting on various old film cameras. I love the realness of film. I use my Polaroid 680 camera, with Impossible Project Film, for the majority of my shots at weddings. Largely for the pacitcal reason, that my polaroid camera is easier to carry, as it folds down pretty flat (Its a marvel of technology!) I do own a completely marvellous camera, another Polaroid, 600se .. it uses film that over the process of me buying a camera on eBay, has become discontinued… which makes every photo with this film, all the more special. (another photographer has a video tutorial about the 600se HERE ) .
I also shoot on Nikon film cameras too, which allows me to shoot on more easily obtainable 35mm film .. I send that off to be developed at a UK based film lab. Its not a cheap process, but I do love seeing the results.
Thank you to all my lovely couples who gave me the chance to shoot some of their wedding on film. 🌿❤🌿
