It would be hard for me to say, if I had a favourite season .. because every time of year has its own beauty. The same is said for every single wedding that I’m involved with! I love the uniqueness of them all. Caroline & Robs wedding day saw the best of the sunshine. It was wonderful being able to enjoy a wonderful summers day. Their ceremony was held at Strathtyrum Walled Gardens .. it was so beautiful.
The Walled Gardens at Strathtyrum, in St Andrews. Can be find just beside Balgove Larder. Its a beautiful location, lovely chilled out relaxed vibes. With everyone making the most of the summers day. Caroline & Rob had a really lovely idea, to ask their guests to fill a wee book with some recipes .. see the pictures below of the book on the wee bureau below. It looked like everyone enjoyed adding their own favourite dishes.

I don’t think anything I can say can do Zoe justice. I looked at lots of photographers before booking Zoe, but I was always drawn back to her because of the amazing photographs and her approach. Zoe was like another friend with us on the day (thank you for sorting everyone’s button-holes!). She was relaxed and friendly, and never made us feel self-conscious. We had absolute confidence in her, to get the photographs we wanted, and to be just who we were looking for. Many guests commented on how lovely she was to be around and chat with. We’re not people who like being photographed (and rarely come out well) but, well, the photographs are gorgeous, beautiful and capture the feel of the day and some of the most beautiful and emotional moments for us, for example, my parents holding our wedding rings before the service. What a lovely thought. She somehow managed to be in all the right places at just the right time, even for the spontaneous moments – what astonishing skill. Did I mention the photographs are absolute treasures? Book her. You won’t regret it. She is a wonder.
