35mm + 120mm film stories
real moments, on real film
35mm and 120mm film
why film?
Analog film photography is such a beautiful medium. It’s a slower, more thoughtful process – each frame is carefully considered, bringing an intentional artistry to every image. There is a depth to medium format (120mm) film, and richness that’s hard to replicate digitally. The timeless quality of film feels unique and personal, bringing your story to life in a beautifully tangible way.
Whether I’m shooting on 35mm or medium format, I approach film photography with care and creativity, curating images to tell your story. It’s a process that brings together art, skill, resulting in a little bit of magic 🙂
If you’ve fallen in love with real film, I’d love to chat. Send me a wee message using the form at the bottom of the page, so that we can talk more about how we can incorporate this timeless medium into moments.
The portfolio images below are a mix of medium format and 35mm film, shot using a range of cameras that I adore working with – from the Rolleiflex 2.8D, Pentax 645Nii, and even some quirky classics like the Holga 120mm and Polaroid (various types including some really rare peel apart pack film, which is no longer produced and hard to come by!)
Each one brings its own character, and on the day.
I’ll choose the perfect tools to suit your plans and capture your story beautifully.
I’d love to hear from you…
